Before we begin, I want to take a moment to explain what this program really is… because it’s bigger than hockey.

At Hasek’s Heroes, we believe that every child deserves an opportunity not just to play a sport, but to feel confident, supported, and part of something meaningful.

Yes, we teach hockey. But more importantly, we use hockey as a tool to build character, develop life skills, and create a sense of belonging.

Every time your child steps on the ice, they’re not just learning how to skate or shoot—they’re learning how to be a great teammate, how to handle challenges, and how to grow as a person.

And none of this is possible without you.

This is a team effort players, parents, coaches, and volunteers—all working together to create an environment where kids can thrive.
