Hasek’s Heroes was built on a simple but powerful belief: hockey is a vehicle. It is a vehicle for teaching young people how to work hard, how to show up for others, how to handle failure with grace, and how to celebrate success with humility. We use the game to teach life.

Our program serves kids from all backgrounds, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every child who steps onto the ice with us deserves a consistent, safe, and positive experience — regardless of skill level, age, or prior experience. That standard only holds if every adult in this program — every coach, every parent, every volunteer — is aligned around the same values and the same approach.

This course is your foundation. It is not a formality. It is the starting point for becoming a true part of the Hasek’s Heroes community.
